Hello Botanical (Factory Concept) – Berwick

Year 2026
Area 1200m²
Location Berwick

An industrial retail nursery fitout set within a repurposed factory — Hello Botanical’s new home leans fully into the character of its bones. Exposed brick, raw steel, and soaring factory ceilings become the backdrop for a space that feels less like a plant shop and more like a living, breathing environment you want to get lost in.

The design draws on a muted palette of deep olive, burnished walnut, and aged concrete, layered with reclaimed timber workbenches, upcycled cable spool displays, and vintage Persian rugs underfoot. Hammered copper pendants hang low over the main floor, casting warm pools of light across lush greenery and weathered surfaces. A dedicated lounge area anchored by a Chesterfield sofa and leather sling chair invites customers to slow down — to sit, browse, and stay a while.

The factory’s upper level is home to a workshop mezzanine: a moody, considered workspace with a rough-hewn trestle table, arched black bookcase, and a rusted vessel basin that nods to the building’s industrial past. It’s a space that doubles as a creative studio and event venue, where the boundary between design and nature deliberately blurs.

Every zone within the factory has been designed with the same intention — that the plants are always the hero, and everything else simply earns its place around them.

Documented across two presentations with 3D renders, Hello Botanical’s factory fitout is a space designed to be discovered slowly.
